[Sensation Dokha] (“we,” or “us”) owns and maintains the Website (collectively, our or this “Site”), where we provide our services, (collectively referred to as “Tobacco Services”), a Website owned by a UK based Company that provides you, (collectively referred to as “Users” or “Customers”) a Website platform designed for sales of Tobacco Products. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW FORM AN AGREEMENT (THE “TERMS”) THAT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from Sensation Dokha website. Accessing, browsing or using this website in any way indicates that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time, without the need to notify our customers. Please study these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be informed of any changes. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the applicable Terms have changed, your use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

General Warning
Purchasers of cigarette/tobacco must be at least 18 years of age. By selecting any of the product categories, you are legally confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Smoking tobacco, even home grown tobacco, is harmful to your health as well as other store bought tobacco.
The WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The purpose of the legislation is to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. With the regulation, suppliers of equipment such as high-street shops and online retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. Sensation Dokha UK is obliged under these regulations to fully comply with WEEE UK law when our customers buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Prohibited Uses
You will not: (a) transmit, upload, post or otherwise make available any information or materials that (i) constitutes or encourages conduct, that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability; (ii) is protected by copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right; (iii) is libellous, slanderous, defamatory, harassing, threatening or is otherwise injurious to a third parties; (iv) is hateful, bigoted or racially offensive; or (v) is vulgar, obscene, discourteous, indecent or pornographic; (b) interfere with other users’ use of the Website or the Services, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, disrupting the normal flow of communication in a discussion group; (c) post, upload or transmit materials that contain a virus, disabling devices or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties; (d) post, upload or transmit materials for advertising or commercial solicitation; (e) post, upload or transmit materials that do not generally pertain to the designated topic of discussion; or (f) otherwise use the Website or the Services in a manner which would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from enjoying the Website or the Services.
In addition to the prohibition set herein, the Company will not: (a) sell cigarettes in quantities less than pre-packaged 10s; (b) offer incentives to customers to purchase a tobacco product; (c) sell smuggled or counterfeit tobacco products; (d) operate a tobacco vending machine for use by members of the public; (e) sell legitimate UK duty paid stock without carrying current health warning.
Payment
All prices are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: Credit card via our website or by fax, post or telephone. We also accept cheques, banker’s drafts or electronic bank transfer. All payments are subject to validation checks and where required, authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order. Once purchased, the products on this website should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained. Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is inclusive. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. We cannot be held responsible for duties and taxes charged to the customer upon delivery. It is up to the customer when ordering to check that goods are not prohibited in their country and we will not be held responsible for any confiscations. If in doubt, please contact your local excise / customs office.
Return and Cancellation
You have a right to cancel any order in line with the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) Regulations and are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product if we are informed within 7 calendar days of the receipt. Please email info@sensationdokha.com and inform us that you wish to cancel your order. Please return the product at your own expense. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to Sensation Dokha UK. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please refer to our Return Policy & Procedure. When sending back products we ask that you acquire proof of postage. If you send back an item and we do not receive it, we will be unable to provide any further help if you do not have proof of postage.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Sensation Dokha UK product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sensation Dokha UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sensation Dokha UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sensation Dokha UK shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
